- Plumbing rough-in for sinks, dishwashers, and pot-fillers
- Electrical rework, dedicated circuits, and code-compliant lighting
- Appliance install and calibration
- Punch list and warranty walk-through
How the project runs
- Site walk. We look at the existing kitchen, discuss what works and what doesn't, and take rough measurements.
- Scope & estimate. A written scope with allowances for finishes still being chosen.
- Design lock. Cabinets, counters, tile, and fixtures selected. Everything ordered on your approval.
- Build. Demolition through finish, typically 4–8 weeks depending on scope.
- Punch. Nothing closes out until you're satisfied with the last detail.
