Who we are
Chandler's Facility Services is a family-owned Washington general contractor built around a single idea: the best remodel is the one you don't have to remodel again in ten years. We keep our crew small and full-time so the same faces show up every morning of your project, and so the lead who wrote the estimate is the one on the floor with the plans.
We're licensed, bonded, and insured under WA #CHANDFS823NG. Every trade we don't self-perform runs through partners we've worked with for years — electricians, plumbers, and HVAC techs who understand our standards and our schedule.
How we work
Every project starts with a walk-through and a written scope. You'll know what's included, what isn't, and where the decisions still need to be made before we lock a price. Once we start, the site is clean when we leave each day, the schedule is updated weekly, and change orders are signed before the work happens — never after.
We pull permits when they're required and we welcome inspections. The quiet kind of quality — the parts you'll never see — is what we care about most.
