Flooring
A flat floor and a dry subfloor are worth more than any premium plank. We test moisture, feather the highs, self-level the lows, and only then start laying.
What we install
- Solid and engineered hardwood (site-finished or prefinished)
- Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) — click and glue-down
- Porcelain and stone tile
- Underlayment and moisture barriers appropriate for the room
- Transitions, thresholds, and shoe molding
What we prep
- Moisture testing for concrete and wood subfloors
- Self-leveling on concrete for flat-to-1/8-inch tolerances
- Screwing/re-screwing sheathing to eliminate squeaks
- Cutting under jambs and casings for clean edges
