Standard Brewing is a local microbrewery and tasting room in the heart of Seattle's Central District. We offer on-site pints and tasters, growlers to go, a full liquor bar with specialty cocktails, and a kitchen turning out some of the best Mexican-inspired food in the neighborhood.
Since 2013, we've been a gathering place for the community — a friendly spot without judgment or angst, where real conversation and a good laugh are always on tap. Whether you're stopping in for tacos and a hazy IPA or grabbing a crowler on your way home, we're glad you're here.
Our outdoor patio is a great spot to hang out in the afternoon or evening, especially during Seattle's summer months. We're open seven days a week, with the kitchen running until 10:30 PM.
