Our Story

Collision Course is more than a restaurant — it's a gathering place for the Westminster community. Located right on Main Street in the center of town, we bring soul food and Caribbean-inspired cooking to Carroll County. Our journey has been featured by GLBAL Media, WBAL, Maryland Farm & Harvest (Season 13, Episode 10: Farm to Skillet), and Westminster Living Magazine.

We were honored to be selected as the November 2024 recipients of the Hey Westminster grant, and in 2025 we were named Carroll Magazine Reader's Choice Winner for Best New Restaurant, with Honorable Mentions for Best Brunch, Best Breakfast, and Best Fried Chicken. We also participated in the Grilling For Good 2025 event, where our winning dish was a Jerk Marinated Pork Loin served over a Spiced Plantain Black Bean Vegetable Medley with Jasmine Rice, complemented by a special sauce made from a marinade reduction and Thai Chili, topped with Slivered Green Onions and Finksburg Farms Wasabi Microgreens.

Owner Tony and his wife are passionate about making every guest feel at home. From grandma's collard greens recipe to creative Caribbean bowls, everything is cooked fresh in our kitchen. The eclectic atmosphere, upbeat R&B music, and friendly staff all come together to make Collision Course a place you'll want to come back to again and again.
