How It Works
At Mobile Wellness Physical Therapy, you can schedule personalized sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy at times that work best for you. No more trying to work around a busy clinic schedule. You get to have your therapist at the click of a button.
We offer both mobile visits to your home or workplace and in-person appointments at Vitalix Health & Fitness, located at 1117 South Rangeline Rd, Carmel, IN. We will sometimes see patients outside of our regular hours to accommodate your schedule.
We accept cash, check, credit cards, HSA, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. No doctor referral is needed in most cases—Indiana is a direct access state.
