The Centers for Habilitation

At TCH, our mission is to empower individuals with physical and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling lives by providing individualized programs and supports tailored to their unique needs. We strive to encourage health and wellness, promote inclusion in all aspects of community life, and increase self-esteem and confidence by ensuring each individual has the opportunity to make their own choices and direct their own paths.

Based in Tempe, Arizona, TCH provides a wide range of support services including day programs, home-based services, group homes, employment services, transportation, and more. Our team is dedicated to helping the people we serve broaden their social horizons and become more independent citizens.

TCH was selected by the Tempe Chamber of Commerce as its 2022 Large Business of the Year Award Winner — a recognition of the organization's deep commitment to the community and the individuals it supports.
