Collision Course is a hometown restaurant with hometown owners, located at 61 East Main Street in the heart of downtown Westminster, Maryland. We serve soul food and Caribbean-inspired dishes made fresh in our kitchen — the kind of food where the flavors speak for themselves.

Since opening, we've been honored as Carroll Magazine Reader's Choice 2025 Winner for Best New Restaurant, with Honorable Mentions for Best Brunch, Best Breakfast, and Best Fried Chicken. We've also been featured on WBAL, Maryland Farm & Harvest, Westminster Living Magazine, and were selected as the November 2024 recipients of the Hey Westminster grant.
