This isn't just a food trailer — it's our family's recipes, our culture, and a piece of our heart. Every sandwich, pastelito, and cafecito we serve carries a story passed down from our mother's kitchen in Miami.

We started La Cubana in 2016 with second-hand equipment and a dream at the Downtown Farmers Market. After a pause during the pandemic, we returned in 2025 fully rebuilt and more inspired than ever. Our trailer, with its Miami Art Deco design, is a celebration of heritage — and every dish we serve is a piece of our story.

We serve Cuban comfort food with bold flavors, designed to bring people together. Whether you're here for a classic Cuban sandwich, a taste of nostalgia, or just a strong cafecito — we're glad you're here.
