Who We Are
Colvins Pub & Grill is a locally owned restaurant in Clatskanie, Oregon, serving American comfort food with a serious barbecue streak. We smoke our meats in-house — brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and ribs — and pair them with scratch-made sides and sauces.
Our menu is surprisingly wide for a small-town pub. Breakfast runs from skillets and omelettes to benedicts and chicken fried steak. Lunch and dinner bring burgers, sandwiches, baskets, pasta, seafood entrees, and of course our smoked meats. We also run weekly specials like our popular Friday night prime rib dinner.
