Visiting Lakewood Family Health Center
Lakewood Family Health Center is located at 14601 Detroit Ave. in Lakewood, Ohio. Our facility is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Our Emergency Department is open 24/7.

Our laboratory services are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (appointment recommended). Mammography is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:15 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM (appointment needed).
