Michael Restaino — CEO / Artistic Director
Michael is a multi-hyphenated creative with a diverse background in working on theatrical experiences world-wide. His work is characterized by a commitment to artistic excellence, inclusive collaboration, and building creative communities where artists can thrive. He is passionate about creating transformative theatrical experiences that challenge norms, engage diverse audiences, and inspire both artists and audiences alike.

Lauren Noack — Secretary / Arts Education Lead
Lauren grew up immersed in the New Jersey theater scene. She holds a BA in Public Relations and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Montclair State University, and works full-time as a School Psychologist. She is especially enthusiastic about bringing theater experiences and education to children from varied backgrounds throughout the Garden State, with a focus on inclusive opportunities for diverse communities.

James Russo — Creative General Manager
James Gerard Russo is one of NJ's premier techie/actors, with a BA from Centenary University. He has worked with many regional, touring companies and production organizations including Centenary Stage Company, Growing Stage of NJ, McCarter Theater, NJPAC, Luna Stage, and more. James is a dedicated educator in both performance and technical theatre.

Coldin Grundmeyer — Director of Development
Coldin graduated from Montclair State University with a BFA in Musical Theatre and holds a Master's in Business Management from Georgetown University. Originally from New Orleans, LA, he is thrilled to bring a new wave of exciting and innovative theatre to the Garden State.

Heather Welsh — Treasurer / New Works Lead
Heather is a New Jersey native who holds a BFA from New York University and an AAS from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She has a deep passion for the theatrical arts and has helped develop and bring to life several early-stage plays through her work with the New Jersey Play Lab.
