One of the biggest challenges breast cancer patients face is the financial burden that comes with diagnosis and treatment. The R.E.L.L.E. Legacy Foundation offers direct financial assistance grants to help cover expenses that insurance doesn't, easing the strain so individuals and families can focus on healing.

In 2025, the Foundation provided direct financial assistance to three breast cancer survivors and distributed $750 in emergency financial relief. These are real dollars going directly to people who need them most.

Navigating the healthcare system during a cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming. Our case management and healthcare navigation services connect patients and families with the resources, providers, and support systems they need. We walk alongside individuals through the process, helping them understand their options and access quality care.

This service is especially important for underserved and underinsured populations who may face additional barriers to receiving timely and appropriate treatment.

Healing extends beyond medical care. The Foundation hosts wellness retreats and empowerment workshops designed to support the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. These gatherings provide survivors and their families with tools for recovery and renewed strength.

Our community outreach initiatives include food distribution to address food insecurity—with 70 grocery bags distributed to date—and monthly breast cancer support circles that offer a safe, welcoming space for shared experience and encouragement. Through these programs, we have served 25 individuals in community programming.
