Our Treatments
Evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs.
Orthopedic and Sports Rehab: Evaluation
Our orthopedic physical therapy evaluation is a thorough assessment designed to identify and address musculoskeletal issues. During the evaluation, we review your medical history, assess your posture, strength, flexibility, and range of motion, and pinpoint any sources of pain or discomfort.
This evaluation helps us determine the root cause of your condition — whether it's due to an injury, joint problem, or muscle imbalance — and allows us to create a personalized treatment plan aimed at restoring function and alleviating pain.
Orthopedic and Sports Rehab: Treatment
Our orthopedic physical therapy treatments are personalized to address your specific musculoskeletal concerns. Based on the results of your evaluation, we use a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and modalities like heat, cold, or electrical stimulation to reduce pain, improve strength, and restore mobility.
Our goal is to help you regain your function and prevent future injuries, all while promoting long-term health and recovery. Each treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs for optimal results.
Trigger Point Dry Needling
Trigger point dry needling is an advanced technique used to release tight muscle knots, or "trigger points," that cause pain and discomfort. During this treatment, a thin needle is inserted into the affected muscle to stimulate the tissue and relieve tension.
This can help reduce pain, improve muscle function, and promote healing. Dry needling is particularly effective for treating chronic pain, neck and back issues, and sports injuries. Our skilled therapists tailor the treatment to your needs, providing relief and restoring mobility.
Wellness Visit
Our goal-oriented, injury resilience sessions are crafted to improve your sports performance, enhance your health, posture, and work-related tasks, and promote overall wellness for the long term.
Whether you're an athlete looking to stay ahead of injuries or someone who wants to move and feel better in daily life, our wellness visits are designed to build lasting strength, mobility, and confidence.
How This Works — No Insurance Required
All of our services are fixed and cash-based, so you never have to wonder what your cost might be. We accept FSA/HSA.
We provide patients with an invoice (superbill) that they can submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. The invoice contains all of the pertinent information needed for a patient to submit for reimbursement from their insurance company, including a statement that the patient has paid in full and that reimbursement should go directly to the patient. The insurance company will then reimburse the patient based on their out-of-network benefits.
