I am Chef Mike Newhall, a touring and production chef with over 25 years of professional culinary experience across high-pressure, mobile, and remote environments. My career has taken me from fine-dining kitchens to concerts, film and television productions, yachts, offshore sites, and private events where timing, discretion, and consistency are non-negotiable.

I specialize in event catering, delivering high-level food service wherever the job demands — whether that is backstage, at sea, on location, or in a remote operation with limited resources. I am known for being calm under pressure, highly organized, and self-contained.

Based in Biloxi, Mississippi and available nationwide, I work with touring artists, production teams, yacht owners, and private clients who need on-demand chef services they do not have to manage.
