Helping Hand Dental Clinic was founded on a simple idea: nobody should have to skip dental care because of cost. We are not a corporate dental office — no investors, no venture capitalists, no shareholders to answer to. That's a big reason we can charge so much less than the places down the road.

Our doctors have a combined experience of over 35 years, trained at some of the most prestigious schools in the country — from New York University to the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. We continually sharpen our skills through continuing education, academy learning, and peer study groups. You are in highly skilled and experienced hands.

We offer $10 exams so that finances never keep you from knowing about your oral health. All non-insurance patients receive a 20% cash discount when paying in full, and we partner with groups that offer low-cost monthly payment plans to fit your budget. We also accept nearly all insurances and are working to get in-network with every provider.

Our doctors and staff speak fluent Spanish, and Dr Spencer is currently learning ASL. We offer same-day emergency appointments for patients in pain, and you can reach us day or night at (623) 999-1000. This is a judgment-free zone — we're here to help, plain and simple.

We believe in helping others, especially those who are really having a hard time or unable to access care. We do outreach here in Arizona, and globally in countries in need. We don't ask for donations — just know that by being our patient, you are supporting a needed cause while receiving gold-standard dental treatment.

Each month we do a free Healthy Mouth Make-Over for someone in need right here in the community. Our most recent international outreach took place in Negros Occidental, Philippines in 2025. Dr Spencer also works with Lifting Generations, an international program that trains dental associates in Central and South American countries to perform advanced dental implant placement and restorations — funding schools and education for impoverished communities.
