Mama Bear Toys & Games and More LLC comes from a place of love — love of children and the love of play. Our mission is to enrich children's lives and to inspire, motivate, and teach children, all while having fun.
We believe that a real toy store — one you can walk into, explore, and discover something unexpected — is an experience every kid should have. That's what we set out to create.
With a background in retail and banking spanning almost 30 years, Caroline embarked on a new adventure selling brand new toys online in 2020. Starting with eBay, then Amazon, and then Walmart, Mama Bear — a nickname she earned from co-workers who appreciated her caring and concern for everyone — found a new career.
In 2024, Mama Bear decided to take the leap into opening her first brick-and-mortar store in the Branmar Shopping Center in North Wilmington, filling a need for a vanished retail experience: a real toy store.
Watching children come in and see row after row of toys in a safe and welcoming environment is a testament to what Mama Bear wanted to create. We're proud to be part of this community and grateful for every family that walks through our doors.
