By using Spotlights, you agree to:

• Not submit misleading, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Not interfere with the platform's operation or security

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if these terms are violated.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (including text, images, and business information).

By submitting content to Spotlights, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Publish, distribute, and promote your content on NewsBreak and affiliated platforms
• Edit content for clarity, formatting, or style
• Use submitted materials in connection with the Spotlights program

You represent that:

• You have the rights to all submitted content
• Your content does not infringe on third-party rights

By providing your contact information, including your phone number, you consent to receive communications from Spotlights.

These communications may include:

• Account or service notifications
• Customer support communications

• Message frequency may vary
• Message and data rates may apply
