Prohibition created an opportunity for our great-grandparents to turn their successful bakeries into a more "spirited" business. Wohlfert Craft Distilling proudly builds on their legacy, teasing the "bakers mix" of grain, sugar, and yeast into small-batch, hand-crafted products for adventurous spirits.

We celebrate the stories and knowledge handed down over the years — from our daring great-grandparents to the Outriders, who planned delivery runs and scouted safe routes on their motorcycles during Prohibition. In many ways, they cleared the path for us to carry on that legacy today.

We honor them, the machines, and the spirits they crafted.
