Marination can deliver (or you can pick up) catered aloha for your next event. Whether you need two trays for pickup or 200 trays for delivery, we provide fresh Hawaiian-Korean fusion for breakfast meetings, corporate events, happy hours, private parties, weddings, and everything in between.

We offer both breakfast catering and an all-day catering menu. Delivery orders have a $500 minimum plus a $50 delivery fee (deliveries outside Seattle city limits are subject to a $100 delivery fee). Pickup is available with no minimum order required.

We can accommodate most dietary needs and allergies, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options upon request. We recommend reaching out as early as possible, and we'll confirm availability within one business day. Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your event.

Marination Ma Kai features a covered waterfront patio and indoor seating overlooking Elliott Bay — perfect for corporate happy hours, team offsites, birthday dinners, rehearsal dinners, graduation parties, holiday parties, and client entertaining.

Both semi-private and full buyout bookings are available. The complete Marination menu and full bar are available for private events. A full patio rental typically ranges from $12,000–$18,000, and a half patio event typically ranges from $2,500–$8,000.
