Who We Are

The Beer Junction opened in 2010 in the heart of the West Seattle Junction. From the start, the goal has been simple: serve the highest quality beverages in a fun, comfortable environment where everyone feels at home.

Located at 4511 California Ave SW — on the same side of the street as Easy Street Records, Lady Jaye, and Chase Bank — we're right in the middle of one of Seattle's most walkable neighborhoods. Street parking is free for 2 hours, and there's a paid parking lot behind the building.

We're proud to be a place where friends gather, new beers are discovered, and the staff genuinely cares about helping you find something you'll love. Our beertenders know the tap list inside and out, and they're always happy to pour a taste or point you toward something new in the coolers.

Do you allow children?
Children are welcome if you are coming solely to shop. However, if your intent is to stay and consume beverages, we regrettably cannot accommodate children or infants. Under Washington State liquor laws, our establishment is classified as a Tavern (RCW 66.44.310), which prohibits the presence of minors when alcohol is being served and consumed on the premises.

Do you allow dogs?
Yes! Dogs are welcome but must be well-behaved, on a leash, and not block walkways or bother other patrons. Dogs who bark will be warned once and asked to leave if they bark again.

Do you have food?
We serve a variety of small bites and snacks at the bar, including soft pretzels, nachos, Olli charcuterie packs, and more. You are always welcome to bring in outside food from any of our lovely neighbors as well.

Do you offer sampler flights?
Yes! You can grab a flight of 4, 5, or 8 different 4oz pours.

Can I drink your bottles/cans in the bar?
Yes! Legally, one of us needs to open the container for you. We charge a small corkage fee for each bottle or can.

Do you sell kegs?
Yes! We sell kegs — ask us for details.

Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! We offer gift certificates in any amount, available in-store or online.
