Didn't have her size in stock, but ordered the correct pair and had them shipped to her at college! Daughter wore them exactly one month and one of the tappers split in two! Contacted the shop, and within a day they had contacted the manufacturer and confirmed they would replace them AND ship them to her at college...again!
