After 20 years renovating homes, investing in real estate, and constantly talking to property managers and travelers, Scott kept hearing the same story: a family finds the perfect place but gets hit with hundreds in extra fees. A property manager delivers incredible service, then loses a huge cut to a platform that never stepped inside the home.

It didn't feel right. So Scott decided to build a better way. Stay was born from the belief that the people who create the travel experience — travelers, property managers, and owners — shouldn't be stuck paying the price for bloated middlemen.
