Led by Chef Chuchi Rivero — Cuban-born, Miami-raised — and his wife Patricia Salazar, every dish blends tradition, creativity, and heart. From our special-blend Cuban coffee to our pressed sandwiches and flaky pastelitos, everything is made fresh with the highest quality ingredients. The chef is always in, so you know every plate is top notch.
