Our Food

Pacific Island fusion — bold flavors, generous portions, made to share.

What to Expect on the Menu

Pasifika Grill's menu draws from Samoan and Chamorro culinary traditions, blending island staples with creative touches. The kitchen focuses on fresh ingredients, bold seasoning, and plates meant for sharing.

Shareables & Appetizers: Start with favorites like the octopus kelaguen with taro chips, pork belly bites, kalua nachos, empanadas, hurricane fries, a musubi platter, or spicy edamame. Guests love ordering a spread and passing plates around the table.

Entrées: The kalbi short ribs are tender and rich. The mochiko chicken is perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. The oxtail saimin is comforting and full of depth. For something lighter, the coco curry roasted veggies and tofu can be customized with added shrimp. There's also a secret menu item — shoyu chicken — for those in the know.

Poke & Fresh Plates: The poke and chips is a guest favorite, with generous portions that go beyond expectations.

Dessert: Don't miss the Pani Popo — soft rolls served with a sweet coconut sauce.

Portions are generous, the kitchen moves quickly, and there's something for every appetite. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or settling in for a full dinner, the menu has you covered.

More Than a Meal

Pasifika Grill is a place where dinner can turn into a full evening. On select nights, live bands perform while guests enjoy their food, and the energy in the room makes it feel like one big celebration. Between sets, the house playlist leans into throwback R&B and island vibes.

The restaurant is a popular spot for birthdays, family gatherings, and special occasions. Large parties are welcome, and the staff goes out of their way to make celebrations feel special. Whether it's a party of two or a table of nine, you'll feel at home.
