Rubicon's world-class team of professionals spans asset management, acquisitions, construction management, property management, operations, and technology. Our leadership and staff bring deep expertise across every function needed to invest in and operate real estate at the highest level.
Our team includes Managing Partners Razmig Boladian and Ani Vartanian, who lead the firm's strategy and vision. Senior Managing Directors Brian Esquivel (Finance & Operations), Pedro Marques (Acquisitions), and Roland Pan (Innovation, Strategy & Marketing) drive our core business functions.
Across asset management, Ruby Huang (Director) and Austin Morgan (Director) oversee portfolio performance. Our acquisitions team includes Mihajlo Milicevic and Bradley Soderberg as Associate Directors. Construction is led by Senior Director Rob Phelps, with Ryan Waal (Senior Construction Manager) and Brady Arthur (Assistant Construction Manager).
Property management is anchored by Senior Director Sara de la Riva, along with Senior Property Managers Myles Roebuck and Anne Caesar, Property Managers Jolie Beckwith and Daniela Holk, and Tenant Administrators Chelsea Chambers and Courtney Smith. Finance and accounting are led by Senior Director Brad Kettmann, with Lan Nguyen (Associate Director, Property Accounting) and Alex Portillo (Director, Operations & Accounting).
