Our wood-fired oven is the heart of BTB. We serve up specialty pizzas like the Bronx Bomber (loaded with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and meatballs) alongside classic pies and build-your-own options — all cooked to perfection over real flame.

Our wings are a fan favorite, available bone-in or house-made boneless, with a huge selection of sauces: Garlic Parm, Sweet Chili, BTB Bangin', Buffalo (mild through hot), BBQ, Old Bay, Stinging Honey Garlic, Captain's Sauce, BTB Secret Sauce, Cajun Inferno, and the Next Level Inferno for those who dare. You can even get them wood-fried for extra flavor.

Beyond pizza and wings, we've got a full lineup of appetizers — potato skins, poutine, fried cheese curds, BTB Bangin' Shrimp, pub pretzels, house-made mozzarella wedges, and our BTB OMG Chips topped with warm bleu cheese sauce and applewood bacon. Salads include Caesar, Buffalo Chicken, Cobb, Southwestern, and Taco, all with house-made dressings.

We also serve soups like French Onion, seasonal chili, and seafood chowder and clam chowder on Fridays. And don't miss our Sunday brunch, featuring a perfect mix of food, frozen drinks, and beer flights.

Start your meal with shareable favorites like our Ground Rule Double — a combo platter of wings, mozzarella sticks, pizza logs, potato skins, and chicken fingers. Our Hummus Platter comes with roasted garlic hummus, fresh veggies, and grilled pita bread. The BTB Nachos can be ordered in half or full sizes, loaded with your choice of cheese and toppings.
