Our Story & Property
Keyah Grande Guest House sits on 6,000 acres of private land near Pagosa Springs, Colorado — a property so vast it feels like its own small world. The estate is accessed through a gated entrance, and the drive up through dense evergreen forest hints at the peace and quiet that defines a stay here.
Each of the 10 suites is individually designed and named after a country the owners have explored. The rooms are filled with carefully chosen antiques and artwork, creating spaces that feel both elegant and personal. Guests enjoy amenities like large jetted tubs, bath robes, and spacious closets — all the comforts of a high-end retreat without any pretension.
The grounds offer plenty to do for those who love the outdoors. Hiking trails wind through the property, stocked ponds invite a quiet afternoon of fishing, and a perennial stream runs through the land. After a day of exploring, the outdoor heated pool and hot tub provide the perfect place to unwind under the Colorado sky.
At the heart of the experience is the staff, led by host Elizabeth, who greets guests personally and goes above and beyond to make every visit special — from helping plan local activities to keeping you updated on weather and conditions. It's the kind of hospitality that brings people back again and again.
