What We Do

Relay Manufacturing provides industrial 3D printing support for prototypes, large-format parts, engineering materials, batch production, high-detail resin parts, powder-bed nylon, binder jetting, and metal additive manufacturing.

Large-format FDM for oversized parts, tooling, patterns, fixtures, and enclosures. Engineering materials for heat resistance, stiffness, toughness, and real-use performance. Batch quantities from one-off prototypes to short-run production.

We support six core processes: FDM, Large-Format FDM, SLA, SLS, Binder Jetting, and DMLS. Each one fits different part requirements — and we help you figure out which process and material make sense before anything gets printed.

Send your CAD files, tell us about the application, and we'll help you think through the right manufacturing path. No guessing, no runaround.

What Our Customers Say

Had a great experience with Relay Manufacturing. We thought we didn't have any application for 3D printing: but Rich was easy to talk to, understood the part quickly, and helped us use 3D printing as a practical option.

I had gotten a handful of quotes while I also engaged Relay. Incredibly, they still found a US based manufacturer that saved me $1000 on my prototype. Only sending one request for future iterations, and it's to Relay Manufacturing!!

Jason Delrick★★★★★

We've had a great experience working with Rich at Relay. Our team reached out while evaluating options for a project, and they were extremely responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process. Rich took the time to understand the application and helped point us toward the most practical manufacturing approach instead of just pushing a single solution. It's refreshing to work with a partner that communicates clearly and understands the realities of engineering and production.

Kinematic Solutions★★★★★

Worked with Relay Manufacturing on a large pattern and had a genuinely great experience. Communication was clear from the start, timelines were realistic (and met), and the technical feedback was pretty useful. It felt like they cared about getting the part right, not just pushing it out the door. If you need help navigating manufacturing options or coordinating a job without the usual headaches, I'd absolutely recommend them.
