Our Story
Adobo Latin Kitchen is a Latin restaurant located at 2429 Nazareth Road in Easton, Pennsylvania. We serve homestyle Latin cuisine — the kind of food that's meant to be shared, savored, and remembered.
Our kitchen focuses on the dishes that define Latin comfort food: slow-cooked meats, well-seasoned rice and beans, ripe sweet plantains, and handmade empanadas. Every plate is prepared with attention to flavor and generosity in portion size, because we believe a good meal should leave you satisfied.
We're proud to be part of the Easton community. Whether you grew up eating Latin food or you're trying it for the first time, we want Adobo Latin Kitchen to feel like a welcoming place where the food speaks for itself. Our guests come from across the Lehigh Valley, and many of them come back week after week.
We're open seven days a week, from 11 AM to 8 PM, for dine-in and to-go orders. We look forward to feeding you.
