• Sales Order Number
• Delivery or Pick Up Date
• Brief description of problem
• Full photo of piece that is damaged (if applicable)
• Photo of damage (if applicable)

Customer service will get back to you in 24–48 hours. Please note that the customer service department is not in on weekends.

Distribution Center: 1017 Maclay St, Harrisburg, PA 17103. Open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 10 AM–5 PM. Closed Wednesday and Sunday. Please bring a copy of your receipt for pickups.
