Margie is a biologist, natural food formulator, and lifelong food lover who has spent more than 30 years in the food industry. Her own children struggled with severe allergies, and that personal experience drove her to create a space where no one has to worry about what's in their food. Her scientific background combined with her experience as a restaurant owner and food innovator led to a café where science meets soul.

Before opening Daré Vita Café, Margie launched Grain Free Mama's™, a nationally recognized line of grain-free crepe and roti mixes that are now the foundation for many of the café's signature dishes.
