Kick things off with some of our favorite appetizers. Choose from Cheese Fries or Bacon Cheese Fries made with hand-cut fries and shredded cheddar, golden-fried Mozzarella Sticks, Jalapeño Poppers stuffed with creamy cheese, Fried Mac & Cheese served with buffalo ranch, or our popular Tater Kegs loaded with cheddar, bacon, sour cream, and chives.

We also serve Portabella Fries made from fresh portabella mushrooms, classic Fried Mushrooms, and Fried Pickles.

All our burgers start with The Original — a hand-pressed, fresh-ground beef patty on a homemade bun. From there, build your way up. The Mac Burger is topped with creamy mac and cheese. The Bacon & Blue adds double bacon and blue cheese crumbles. The Texas Squealer brings fried jalapeños, onions, your choice of cheese, and chipotle dressing.

Our most popular burger is the Tray Burger: double melted cheddar and five-blend cheese, crispy fried pickles, grilled onions, and a golden chicken strip, all on a homemade bun. We also serve a Philly Cheese Sandwich with thin-sliced ribeye, roasted bell peppers, and onions, plus our slow-smoked, hand-pulled Pulled Pork Sandwich on a house-made bun.

Our dinner plates come with a side salad, your choice of one side, a vegetable, and a homemade roll. Choose from hand-cut KC Strip, Ribeye, 48-hour marinated Beef Tips with sautéed mushrooms and onions, bone-in Pork Chop, Chicken Fried Steak, Chicken Fried Chicken, or Grilled Chicken Breast — all seasoned with our house seasoning and grilled over an open flame.

Entrees include Beer Battered Cod, steakhouse-sized Chicken Strips, Calf Fries, and Jumbo Fried Shrimp. For pizza, try The Meat Lover with pepperoni, sausage, and hamburger, or The Supreme loaded with pepperoni, sausage, hamburger, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and black olives.

Sides include hand-cut Sweet Potato Fries, Tater Tots, fresh-cut Fries, Onion Rings, Baked Potato, Mashed Potato and Gravy, and Cottage Cheese.
