Sugar Shack Farms can host any type of occasion: weddings, banquets, receptions, bridal showers, baby showers, gender reveals, anniversaries, family reunions, class reunions, corporate events, holiday parties, engagement parties, graduation parties, charity functions, church events, proms, dances, film production, videography, photography sessions, and more.

The venue is also a registered Georgia Film Location and can serve as both a filming location and a base camp for film crews. Just 44 miles from Atlanta and 29 miles from Trilith Studios, the property is right off of Hwy 41 on a back road — the perfect out-of-the-way location with tons of parking space.

Included in the venue rental: tables and chairs in the barn, chairs at the ceremony site, refrigerator, freezer, warming unit, microwave, sink, tea/lemonade/coffee containers, decor room, three 12-foot food and beverage buffets, cake buffet, gifts and cards tables, karaoke speaker and microphones, and a projector and screen.

The property features an 1893 two-room farmhouse with rock chimney, a 3,500 square foot barn with two dressing rooms (one with Victorian decor, one with farm decor), a kitchen, restrooms, and event space with tables and chairs for up to 200 people. Outside you'll find a 1920s rusted tractor, a 1953 rusted Chevy truck, a 1952 rusted Chevy Bel Air, a horse trailer, a large rock fire pit, and a wooden spool courtyard below string lights.

Four ceremony sites are available: a hanging Victorian window, a hitching post, a barn wood cross, and a rock arch. Movable barn doors create a beautiful ceremony entrance. A walking lane below trees lit by string lights adds to the magic.

Photography sessions can be booked by a photographer or individual for $40 an hour. An appointment is required with advance, non-refundable payment.
