• Simply Starter — $15/mo per computer: Proactive endpoint monitoring with billable as-needed support. Perfect for new or small businesses getting started with IT protection.
• Simply Managed — $75/user/mo: Full managed IT with unlimited remote support for growth-stage businesses.
• Simply Secure — $125/user/mo: Everything in Managed plus the full security stack.
• Simply Compliant — $150/user/mo: Everything in Secure plus HIPAA, FTC Safeguards, and Florida Bar compliance alignment.

We also offer co-managed IT to augment your existing internal IT team, and one-time project engagements for installations, deployments, and migrations.

• M365 Email & Apps: $15/mo per user — business email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office apps
• VoIP Phone: $25/mo per user/extension — cloud business phone with mobile app and auto-attendant
• Advanced Endpoint Security: $15/mo per computer — EDR, antivirus, and threat detection
• Cloud Security: $15/mo per user — Microsoft 365 security, email filtering, cloud app protection
• User Backup: $10/mo per user — automated backup of user files and Microsoft 365 data
• SharePoint Backup: $100/mo flat — full backup of SharePoint sites, Teams, and shared data
• As-Needed Support: $125/hr remote
• Project Labor: $150/hr

Your entire digital presence managed monthly — website, SEO, social media, reviews, and content handled by one team. Active IT clients receive a bundled discount on any marketing plan.

• Simply Present — $250–$500/mo: 5-page website build, hosting, maintenance, Google Business Profile optimization, basic SEO, 1–3 social posts per week, and 1 hour of website edits per month.
• Simply Growing — $750–$1,250/mo: 10-page website build, everything in Simply Present plus local SEO and keyword strategy, 3–5 new pages per month, and expanded social media presence.

All marketing plans are 12-month agreements. You own 100% of everything we create.
