At Third's BBQ, the menu goes beyond the traditional. You'll find award-winning smoked brisket, ribs, and pulled pork served alongside inventive creations like the "Tony Montana" sandwich and the Brisket Elote Bowl. Everything is made fresh — a promise Trey and Autumn take seriously.

Our menu rotates weekly, so there's always something new to try alongside the classics. Whether you're craving tender brisket, fall-off-the-bone ribs, or one of our signature sides like collard greens, mashed sweet potatoes, or loaded potato salad, you'll find something to love. And don't leave without trying the banana pudding or the strawberry poke cake.

We serve from our food trailer on State Road 7 at Orange Grove Blvd. in Royal Palm Beach every Saturday and Sunday from 1 PM to 5 PM. Check our schedule for special events and pop-ups throughout Palm Beach County.

Third's BBQ offers catering services for events throughout Palm Beach County. Whether it's a birthday party, family gathering, corporate event, or celebration, Trey and the team will bring the smoker to you. They've catered events for as many as 70 guests and are happy to work with you on custom menus — even off-menu items like beef ribs.
