Therapeutic Approaches at Rolling Hills

Recovery is about more than stopping substance use — it's about healing the whole person. At Rolling Hills Recovery Center, we combine evidence-based clinical therapies with holistic and experiential modalities to give each client a well-rounded path to recovery.

Clinical Therapies: Our clinical team provides individual therapy, group therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These approaches help clients understand the patterns behind their addiction, develop healthier coping strategies, and build the emotional skills needed for long-term sobriety.

Holistic & Experiential Therapies: We believe that creative and body-based therapies play an important role in healing. Our offerings include music therapy, art therapy, yoga therapy, Reiki therapy, equine therapy, and recreational therapy. These modalities help reduce stress, build self-awareness, and offer new ways to process difficult emotions.

PTSD & Trauma Therapy: Many people who struggle with addiction have experienced trauma. Our trauma-informed care addresses the root causes of addiction, helping clients work through painful experiences in a safe, supportive setting.

Relapse Prevention: Every program at Rolling Hills incorporates relapse prevention planning. We equip clients with practical tools and knowledge so they can maintain their sobriety after leaving our care. Our alumni community also provides ongoing weekly meetings for continued support.
