Our work has been featured in notable publications and media outlets. We provided the structural engineering for NASA's Spacecraft Cleanroom, a state-of-the-art facility that filters air to remove contaminants while performing the job with 30 percent less energy under low-load conditions — contracted by CleanAir Solutions, Inc.
A Menlo Park home we worked on was named San Mateo County's most sustainable, described as "a wonderful example of how attractive a functional green home can be." The project was recognized for its responsiveness to the site, the relationship between interior and exterior spaces, and the aggressive use of sustainable and recycled materials.
HGTV featured the award-winning Treadwell House, which we engineered, on their show Amazing Waterfront Homes. The Bennett house, built with our structural engineering for Carver + Shicketanz Architects, was featured on the June cover of California Homes.
We also provided the structural analysis for SunPower's solar panel installations on the roofs of Macy's locations in Cupertino, Sunnyvale, and Daly City — 1,500 solar panels covering 27,000 square feet of roof, generating more than 400,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity a year.
