Inspired by Family and Community

Winston's Wok was born out of a love for the Chinese-American comfort food that Alex and Cassan Macaraig grew up eating. On Friday and Saturday nights, the Winston's Café & Bakery space in downtown Napa transforms into a pop-up dinner series celebrating those familiar, comforting flavors.

As Napa locals, Alex and Cassan created Winston's to be a welcoming space for everyone — whether you're grabbing coffee on your way to work, meeting friends for lunch, or gathering for dinner. At the heart of it all, they're here to feed the community and support the growers, makers, and artists who make Napa what it is.

The restaurant is named after Alex and Cassan's beloved pitt mix, Winston. The café itself is located in the former ABC Bakery space and has become a true neighborhood gathering spot in downtown Napa.

With Filipino influences in the daytime café menu and Chinese-American inspiration for the weekend dinners, Winston's Napa reflects the diverse culinary traditions that shaped the family behind it. Everything is made fresh, with seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms and producers.

By Day: Winston's Café & Bakery

During the week, the same space operates as Winston's Café & Bakery, serving breakfast and lunch made from scratch. The café is known for its fresh, seasonal dishes with Filipino influences, Paulie's Bagels, pastries, and great coffee.

The café is family-friendly and dog-friendly, with leashed pups welcome at outdoor tables and service animals welcome indoors. They also offer gluten-free options and try to source organic ingredients whenever possible.
