A Fresno Tradition
Santa Fe Basque Restaurant and Bar is a small, family-owned and operated business rooted in the traditions of the Basque Country. Originally located in the Santa Fe Hotel in Downtown Fresno — a boarding house built in 1927 for newly arrived Basque immigrants — the restaurant has been serving the community for decades.
Today, we're located on Maroa Ave. and Shields, between the Tower District and Fig Garden. We work hard to provide our customers with traditional and contemporary Basque-American food, to perpetuate the Basque culture, and to offer an enjoyable home-away-from-home atmosphere.
Our family-style meals include soup of the day, salad, side dishes, your choice of entrée, and dessert — a complete dining experience that keeps folks coming back.
