What We Do

Supportive housing, behavioral health services, medical respite, and more for Kitsap County.

Housing Programs

Eagle's Wings operates a range of supportive and recovery-focused housing options. In addition to serving residents in our own programs, we also provide services to external clients referred through the Bremerton Housing Authority, supporting individuals who live in housing throughout the broader community.

We also operate a harm reduction home, offering a low-barrier, non-judgmental living environment for individuals who may not be ready for abstinence-based recovery. This home reflects the significant need for compassionate and inclusive housing options in Kitsap County.

To apply for our housing program, you can submit an application through our website. All required fields must be completed, and once submitted, our team will get back to you within five business days.

Supportive Services & Medical Respite

We provide participants with the tools they need to thrive, including access to behavioral health services, on-site counseling, and programs that support both physical and mental health. Our individualized case management and peer-based support help participants build life skills, navigate complex systems of care, and take meaningful steps toward stability and self-sufficiency.

Our Medical Respite Program is currently accepting referrals for men and women in need of medical respite care. This program provides a safe, supportive, and restorative environment for individuals experiencing homelessness who are recovering from an acute illness or injury. It is designed for individuals who are not sick enough for inpatient hospitalization, but too ill to return to homelessness.

Eagle's Wings is also a provider of Foundational Community Supports (FCS), a Washington State Medicaid program designed to help individuals with complex health, behavioral health, and housing needs achieve and maintain stable housing and employment. Through FCS, we offer person-centered services such as housing navigation, tenancy support, care coordination, and employment assistance to help participants succeed in the community over the long term.

Community Center

Our Community Center, located at 8050 Illahee Rd. in Bremerton, serves as a gathering place for residents and participants. The clubhouse hosts meetings, birthday parties, food events, a music studio, daily reflections, and more. It's a place where people can connect, build relationships, and feel part of a supportive community.

We believe that community is a vital part of recovery and stability. The center provides a welcoming space where participants can engage at their own pace and find the support they need.
