Our Story

Amadeus is more than a restaurant — it's a family affair. We set up shop on University Drive in Mesa because we wanted to share the authentic Mexican recipes we grew up with. From fresh tortillas to homemade horchata, everything we serve is prepared with the same care we'd put into a meal for our own family.

When you visit, you'll likely meet the whole crew. Our kids might be running around, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We believe food tastes better when it comes from a place of warmth, and that's exactly the feeling we want you to have when you sit down with us.

We're proud to be part of the Mesa community. Our neighbors have become our regulars, and our regulars have become our friends. That's the way it should be.

Everything at Amadeus is made fresh and to order. We don't cut corners. Our tortillas are handmade, our horchata is prepared the same day you drink it, and our meats are seasoned with recipes passed down through generations.

We take pride in keeping our space clean and inviting. Our outdoor dining area is well-kept so you can enjoy your meal comfortably. And if we're not quite open when you arrive, we'll do our best to take care of you as soon as we can — that's just how we do things.
