The Barn at Ivy Oaks is a boutique wedding venue on a private estate nestled among 150-year-old oak trees, amidst the lush farmlands of Northern Alabama. Built in the 1930s, the property features a beautiful rustic event barn, grounds that offer multiple ceremony locations, and customizable wedding package options to meet the wishes of each couple.

We can accommodate up to 150 guests inside the barn, host rehearsal dinners, and offer several celebration packages — whether for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, or corporate functions. We love weddings and are honored to help you make your dreams come true.

All of our packages include a thoughtful set of amenities designed to make your celebration seamless and memorable:

• Choice of ceremony site with three distinct outdoor locations
• Spacious lawn area for dining or cocktail hour
• 2,200 square foot event barn accommodating up to 150 guests
• Bride/bridesmaids and groom/groomsmen dressing rooms
• ADA compliant bathrooms
• Side porch with bar area and lounge
• Use of catering/prep kitchen equipped with refrigerator and ice machine
• Guest dinner tables, chairs, pub tables with linens, heaters, barrels, and usage of venue decorations as needed

We also offer flexible indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces. Three distinct and enchanting outdoor sites — each with its own charm and atmosphere — give you the freedom to choose the perfect setting for your day. And if the weather doesn't cooperate, our beautiful indoor spaces ensure your celebration continues seamlessly, rain or shine.

Be sure to ask about elopement options as well as pricing for birthday and anniversary celebrations, showers, corporate functions, retreats, and use of the property for photo shoots.

Vendors: While we are not currently an all-inclusive wedding venue, we have a list of trusted vendors and professionals to make your day go smoothly and seamlessly. Couples are also free to choose vendors they trust, provided they meet basic venue requirements. For smaller events, we provide table settings and florals for an extra charge of $1,500.

Day-of Coordinator: A day-of coordinator is required to help your celebration unfold seamlessly. With someone thoughtfully guiding the timeline and coordinating vendors, you're free to stay present, soak in every beautiful moment, and simply enjoy the magic of your wedding day.

Personal Décor: Personal décor is encouraged. We ask that all décor be installed and removed without causing damage to the venue. Venue access times are clearly outlined in your contract and are designed to allow ample time for setup, celebration, and cleanup without feeling rushed.
