For ongoing peace of mind, our quarterly aircon service contracts offer the best value. Each contract includes 4 services per year with priority scheduling and professional care.

Sign up for any contract service and receive a $50 compressor normal wash free. Contracts are available for residential (HDB, Condo, Resale, BTO, Landed), commercial offices, and industrial spaces.

We recommend servicing your aircon every 3 months for residential use and monthly for commercial use to prevent breakdowns, water leakage, and weak cooling.

• Compressor problem — Often due to faulty capacitors or damaged refrigerant pipes, causing poor cooling and potential system failure.
