Third's BBQ is more than just a food truck — it's a family legacy brought to life by husband-and-wife duo Trey and Autumn Hollis in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. The name "Third's" is a tribute to Trey's family heritage, as he is the third generation to carry the flame of a treasured barbecue tradition.
What started with a stolen kettle grill turned into something special. Trey bought his first offset smoker and never looked back. Since 2015, Third's BBQ has been fusing three generations of Midwest and Southeast barbecue recipes, cooked low and slow, to create something truly unique for a new generation.
Their commitment to quality and fresh, soul-cooked food has earned them a loyal following and numerous accolades, including multiple wins at the Copperpoint Brewing BBQ Beer Bash for Best Brisket, Best Chicken, and People's Choice for Best Overall. They've also taken home awards for Pulled Pork at the Florida Outdoor Expo and Best Ribs at The Great Smoke Off WPB.
