Salt 2.0 serves made-to-order grain bowls, burritos, tacos, and wraps right here in Brookfield Village. Every item is built fresh when you order it — no heat lamps, no sitting around. Just real ingredients put together the way you want them.

Our menu was designed to work for everyone at the table. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, or just want a big protein-packed burrito, you'll find something you love. Our staff is knowledgeable about food allergies and sensitivities, and they're happy to help you customize any dish.

We offer both indoor and outdoor seating right off the Still River Walkway, and online ordering for quick pickup. We also cater for groups of 8 to 80 — fresh food for the office, no soggy sandwiches.

Serving Brookfield, Danbury, Newtown, New Milford, Bethel, and Ridgefield, CT. Open Monday through Saturday, 11am to 7pm.
