We offer multiple levels of care to meet you where you are. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides structured, intensive treatment during the day. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers flexibility for those who need ongoing support while maintaining daily responsibilities. We also offer a standard Outpatient Program for continued, high-quality care.

Our therapeutic approach combines evidence-based clinical methods with holistic healing. Clients benefit from group therapy, individual therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). We also offer music therapy, art therapy, yoga therapy, Reiki therapy, equine therapy, recreational therapy, and PTSD and trauma therapy.

We provide specialized treatment tracks for veterans, first responders, and healthcare professionals — each designed with the unique stresses and experiences of those communities in mind. Relapse prevention is woven into every program we offer.
