Who We Are

Eagle's Wings Coordinated Care is a nonprofit organization established in 2017, dedicated to providing safety, stability, and community for individuals living with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and other barriers to housing and wellness. We are actively involved in all therapeutic court programs, providing essential resources and compassionate care to those in need throughout Kitsap County.

We believe people need more than just a place to live — they need a supportive, recovery-oriented community to help them rebuild their lives and reconnect with purpose. Our staff members are passionate about helping individuals find their way back to wholeness, and we work with each person to develop a plan that leads to their greatest potential.
